i suppose i should elaborate a tad on that last entry. i wasnt in a writey mood before.

so i went to tower records today to meet new found glory. when i got there all i saw was a sea of skate shoes, fitted hats, and long shorts. my god. it was insane. there was this one girl walking with two of her friends. a stranger walked passed them and shouted 'hey' to one of her friends in the line. this girl (the first one) yelled 'hey' to mimic her and then followed with 'loser' as they continued walking past. i could just tell the rude girl thought herself to be really cool because she was different. she liked punk music, dressed differently, and had pink hair- probably like only a select few in her school. becuase of this she gained a false sense of security and coolness, and therefore she believed it was ok for her to make fun of a stranger who really did nothing to be called a loser.

you ask me how i come to this conclusion about a stranger?

i know these people.

but that was only the first incident. as i was waiting in line on the stairs, there was this group of kids, probably all 16 or 17. they were on the staircase next to the escalator, i was on the one next to the wall. as people would come down the escalator this one boy would shout 'i love you' and grab their hands. everytime he did this his posse and himself would laugh histerically. like really loudly. and this kid had the most annoying laugh. ever. so this continued, and he and his friends continued to make remarks to strangers and laugh about it, even though absolutely nothing he said was remotely funny (and i know). at one point, after a rousing round of laughter, the guy spotted an overweight woman coming up another escalator talking on a cell phone. he immediately burst into laughter and pointed at her. he said, 'i love you. call me on my cell phone. i love you.' and i just was about to smack him. you just dont fucking do stuff like that. fucking a. if i was a confrontational person at all, i would have hit him. what an insensitive asshole. and all of his little posse thought he was the shit. and throwing the word 'love' around like that...my god. =). hah.

i hate people.
