i saw bowling for columbine tonite. i wasn't aware that it was a documentary until about 20 minutes into it....thats why they call me fast. but it was really really good. emotional, political, funny, informative, wierd, random, no love story. everything a movie should be (not that movies shouldn't have love stories....just this one was good without one).

i am such the emo fucker. not that i get emotional and sad about love, but that i probably cry at every movie. it totally got me when they showed clips of the actual columbine shooting. i was surprised at my reaction...the tears welled up in my eyes as soon as they first showed the 'we are columbine' banner. but its kindof nice to know that i have that kind of emotion in me.

and in other news im making a 'nav mix'. nav because i dont have a car but rather a van. and in case you couldn't tell nav is van backwards. say word? andy gets credit for this.

i got a call from brooke's cell phone tonite and i have no idea who i was talking to. she went up to philly to see gnr and shes supposed to be there now. so the call on my phone says its her cell and i pick it up and its some guy. this person rambled on about how he loved spoont. and wanted spoont. to open for gnr. he told me to bring the band up there and play. so i said, 'sure' and he said "thats all i wanted to hear. talk to you later alie." so thats tight....

i found this tape in my house of a less than jake concert at some record store in i have no idea where. its horrible horrible quality and you cant really distinguish the instruments from one another. but i still found myself smiling uncontrollably and dancing in my chair. thats why i love them so much. new album out soonnnnnn. and then they tourrrrrr. and come to dc. and then im sure i have softball or college trip or something.* see my entire summer.
