i has been just about the oddest week i have ever experienced. i didn't go on the internet once for the entire week. no aim, no LIVEJOURNAL, and no this. i feelSO. MUCH. BETTER. the addiction to the internet was actually starting to scare me. and i could tell becuase it almost physically pained me when i forced myself to sit in front of a computer and write a paper instead of like, look at livejournal. but i am almost a better person now because of it. i feel a little bit out of the loop because conversation pretty much revolves around what people mention in their online journals. and i figured, if anyone needed me, they'd call. so in conclusion, it was a great week off from DA NET. on the opposte idea, i had to write this comp lit exam paper. it took me SO long. i skipped chamber choir on both thursday and friday and i stayed up until 330am thursday night writing it. its 8 pages. i go in at 2pm on friday to defend it. in case you were wondering i discussed the theme of love/sexuality in the books narcissus and goldmund and abel sanchez with a comparison of joaquin mongero and goldmund. erm. yeah. woot. BUT ITS DONE. DONE DONE.

so in the past 48 hours ive gotten 6.5 hours of sleep. or so.

wow, lots has happened since ive been all up in this nut....

oh...right. *ahem* captains of varsity softball team for spring 2003: chloe b, angel c, alie p.

yeah baby.

softball may be the greatest thing ever. we've had two season games already. we beat model 11-0 in 5 innings. i went 3-4 (maybe 4-5?) and got a hit my first at bizzy of the season. then yesterday we played holy cross. i was expecting a horrible defeat (of us), but we played very well/ smart for our second game of the season. we ended up coming back from being down 3-0, and losing 5-4 (fucking legitametly, too) in the bottom of 9th inning. 7 innings is the normal. just thought i should clear that up. because. it was overtime. okkkk. i have soo much more confidence in the field this year than i ever have before. and our new uniforms are sooo totally hott. i am really going for all- league this year.

moving right along, it is sunny and almost hot out today. my deck is 12 boards away from being finished. i have my amazingly cool and diggable rose colored sunglasses back. my dad got a HUGE basket of free stuff from his office. mmm free stuff. there is an insane amount of embarrasing things written in french on my arms. in red sharpie. i had to hide from my dad because he DOES speak french, as it turns out. damn. spoont. has a show tonite at maes. um, you probably can't come. our cd is finished. by next week it should be done done done and being sold on the streets. so LOOK OUT. we chose a title. its fine. i probably wont say it because i dont know if it can be disclosed to the public. i dont think our record label would like that.
