i could talk about this stupid paper that i have to write before 4pm tomorrow...or just like..not.

i must state that today was almost de best. math..pshh. physics test...grr. THEN. free periods from 3rd through lunch. i basically just avoided writing my paper. during 5th we started the 'maret seniors (and sophmorE junioR and cassie meltzer) take over california tortilla because we have lots of time and its a nice day' crusade. it was gooodness. i drove with brooke and michael k and david leipziger- who is de best. we almost hit a small family. it was nice.

then during comp lit nellie and i hid our musical instruments and planned a musical attack for 3:05. but then mr estrada dismissed class early, so we didnt get the sneak attack in. so we played our hit song, and then estrada pulled out his recorder (previously confiscated from nellie, who stole another one from the music room) and showed both of us up. we played for the fine people in the lounge- who got mad eventually. we disguised our instruments during practice and then as we were walking to the batting cage, i whipped out my 'axe' and started 'living in a holy city' (our #1 smash single). the whole team + coaches gathered around us in a circle, and there was definetly some good soloing action going on. we rule.

practice was a little slow if you weren't batting, so allie, nellie and i stood in right field and made art. out of a stick, two cones, a banana peel, a rock, and old tape. it detailed the relevance of the importance of balance between man and nature. i should've taken a picture.
