i think i've been wearing headphones for the last 30 minutes. there has been no music playing..and i just realized that and took them off.

OH MAN THAT WAS A GOOD STORY.

anyways..school was alright. there was actually good learning and muscle dissection in anatomy..that was fun. its alllways fun. gooooo science! and then i couldn't wait for our game to start and was hoping all day that it wouldn't rain (which it didn't) so we could play because i <3 softball.

but for some reason i just got this shitty vibe throughout the whole game. and even though seeing jen up there on the balcony supporting :) helped...just...grr. i guess it was because of the baserunning error i made in the second inning that "was a run" (TRANSLATION: i didn't tag up on third on a line drive to the outfield which would've let me score and put us ahead 2-1). then he like..pointed it out to everyone, and i know i did bad and i know it had to be pointed out but it just made me feel uckk. but we played pretty well the rest of the game and won 10-1. there were no errors. much. BUT CAPTAIN RUNDOWN WAS A TOTAL DISSAPPOINTMENT. even though she whipped out some pretty slick shades...there were no stupid running antics this year. HOWEVER:

yeah, this girl was gonna steal second and then 5 steps off first she just...FELL. straight down. goooo snails!

and then jen came here and ate dinner with my family (ish) and made fun of my 8th grade self. with lots of stuffed animals. it was great.

what is also great: finding a space suit + jester hats with bells + a recorder in the costume closet at school / hiding from mr. estrada in the corner of our classroom / spending half of comp lit talking about music and playing the recorder / finding the kitty fork (bendy fork) in the lounge for 'kitty digging' / COMP LIT PAPER DUE FRIDAY

sike, that's not great. i don't know how i'm going to pull that off.

but i am going to college.
