i've had a lot of rolled coins in my room for a long time now, so that's why, when i went shopping yesterday i paid for
a ceasar salad
a drink
60 bic pens
pencil top rubber erasers
a slurpee

entirely with quarters and dimes. i was proud of myself for being that annoying to merchants. a step in the right direction if you will.

i'm feeling much better today, and i went to nellie's to watch blue steel sing one last time for real and it was pretty even though they didn't sing allie's song "alive" because eliza wasn't there to 'drop the beat'. nora and nellie sang 'anyway' and it was beautiful and i have some video footage of the performance. i had been told it was just going to be me in attendance, along with nora's dad videotaping the experience, but luckily (i mean UNluckily) most of the other parents showed up. and robert. so fun/ gummy bears were had by all.

tomorrow: the vermonster will be attempted. for real this time.

today: the conclusion that "howling II" is better than "howling I"
